Private Client Desk · Miami, Florida

Capital that crosses borders needs someone who knows both sides.

Invista Florida USA connects Brazilian and Hispanic investors to Florida real estate, and connects Florida to anyone who wants to sell to that audience. A network built over more than 20 years, a business community of our own, and a system that answers, qualifies and books meetings in three languages, every day.

Who we are

We are an international business house based in Miami. We work where three things meet: wealth looking to step out of local risk, real estate product that needs an international buyer, and professionals who want to operate abroad without building a structure from scratch.

The firm grew out of a relationship network built over two decades of partnerships, mergers and cross-border deals. What used to be a personal address book became infrastructure: a community where the parties meet, and a system that makes the first conversation happen the same day, in the language the client arrived in.

Who we serve

Four audiences, one delivery track.

Brazilian and Hispanic investors

The problem

They want dollar-denominated assets in Florida, but do not know who to trust, what the tax structure demands, or which product actually delivers the promised return.

What we deliver

Curated developments with the numbers on the table, guidance from first contact to closing, and a call with someone who knows the product from the inside. No extra middlemen in the chain.

U.S. companies

The problem

They have the product and want to sell to Brazilian and Hispanic buyers, but lack the channel, the language and the cultural read of that buyer.

What we deliver

Access to our base and our community, campaigns in the right language, and a funnel we run end to end, from the first email to a meeting on the sales team's calendar.

Developers and builders

The problem

Pre-construction inventory waiting for the right international buyer, with a sales team pointed only at the local market.

What we deliver

We put the development in front of qualified Latin American investors and take over the client track, reporting on every lead and every conversation.

Agents and brokerages

The problem

They want to take their portfolio international with Florida product, but have no license, no local structure and no clarity on how referrals get paid.

What we deliver

A partnership with a licensed brokerage, materials ready in three languages, product training, and a commission split agreed before the first lead.

What sets us apart

Three assets no media budget can buy.

20+ years

A network that existed before the business did

Two decades of partnerships, mergers and cross-border operations left an address book that is now the firm's main asset. When an investor needs a tax attorney, a bank that opens accounts for non-residents, or a developer willing to negotiate unit by unit, the call has already been made.

  • Direct relationships with Florida developers
  • Legal, accounting and banking structuring partners
  • A track record of closed mergers and cross-border deals
DealBridge

The community where opportunity meets capital

DealBridge is the community we built to take guesswork out of the deal. Investors, developers, agents and service providers sit in the same place, seeing the same opportunities, with the desk bridging those who hold capital and those who hold projects.

  • Opportunities presented with numbers, timelines and risk stated up front
  • Access to co-investment and to deals that never reach the open market
  • Events and curation run by the desk, not by an algorithm
CRM + Virtual Assistant

Technology we own, not a spreadsheet with a nice name

We built our own CRM and our own virtual assistant. It talks on WhatsApp in Portuguese, Spanish and English, understands voice notes, answers immediately, qualifies the lead, books the meeting, and never lets a conversation go cold without someone knowing. The agent gets the lead warm, with the full history in hand.

  • Immediate response, every day, in three languages
  • Deterministic qualification and lead scoring, with a full audit trail
  • An automatic portfolio manager: no lead is left without a next step
  • Campaigns, calendar and closing on the same track

Why Florida, and why now

The numbers below are not ours. They come from public agencies and industry associations, with the source and date next to each one.

Florida over the next 20 years

Florida stopped being a vacation destination and became an economy the size of a country. The state already produces more output than entire nations, is planning for millions of new residents by 2030, and has official projections of continued growth through 2050. That is structural housing demand, not a short cycle.

The Brazilian and Hispanic buyer

Our segment is the fastest growing part of that market. Florida is the top destination for foreign buyers in the United States, Latin America is the largest source of those buyers, and in Miami pre-construction, which is exactly where we operate, the Latin American concentration is higher still.

How the business happens

From the first click to the deed, with no lead lost in between.

  1. 01

    Reach

A campaign segmented by profile and language reaches the investor, the agent or the partner company, with the right development for that audience.

  2. 02

    Immediate response

Whoever replies lands on the desk within seconds. The virtual assistant answers in Portuguese, Spanish or English, on WhatsApp or in the site chat, and handles both text and voice.

  3. 03

    Qualification and calendar

The conversation establishes goal, timeline and investment range, scores the lead and books the call with a specialist. The advisor walks in already knowing who is on the other side.

  4. 04

    Closing and recurrence

The transaction proceeds with a licensed brokerage and partner legal structure. After closing the client stays in the book, receiving the community's next opportunities.

The thesis

Why this company grows from here.

The market grows without us

Migration into Florida, a strong dollar against regional currencies, and political instability across Latin America push capital toward the same place. We did not create that demand. We stand in its path.

We are a bridge, not one more agent

We earn on both directions of the flow: when the Latin American investor buys in Florida, and when the U.S. company wants to sell to them. One network serves both ends, with acquisition cost shared between them.

The technology is an asset, not an expense

The CRM and the virtual assistant are ours. Every campaign and every conversation leaves data in the house. The system is already designed to be licensed to partner developers and brokerages, which opens recurring revenue alongside commission.

Margin that survives volume

The cost of serving one more lead is low, because the first contact is automated and runs in three languages. The human team steps in where the sale is decided: the call and the closing.

Scale in two directions

Into other markets, because the same track serves Orlando, Tampa and any city with new product. And into other audiences, because the community already holds the buyers, the builders and the intermediaries.

This is a financial and real estate services operation with a technology product inside it, working in the fastest growing segment of the fastest growing state in the United States.
